These machines are gas heated equipped with 18,24, 30, 36 plates sizes are 290 X 460 and suitable for making upto 150 kg/hour creamed wafer biscuits, plates and frames are special alloy grade castings. Structure and parts are made by alloy steels and treated as per standards required. The gas heating system in these machines consisting of special type burners, necessary gas contrails, gas air mixtures, high pressure blower, auto ignition and safety devices, if power or pressure loss the whole gas system is turned off.
